  1. I didn't know that Greece had any grass at all so my vote, if I have one goes to that photo.....As to Ireland being on the back cover, after almost 5 years of austerity in the name of economic recovery, we will take any little smidgeon or biteen of cover and happily!!

    1. The Irish cheer the rest of us up, Catherine, so you do deserve some grass happiness. The Mediterranean grasslands have had to cope with intense grazing in a hot, dry environment not conducive to growth, but they have found a way to thrive, and smile.

  2. Well, they are all very beautiful, Craig but Somerset, England would have to get my vote. We endure so much rain to achieve all that lushness that I think we deserve it ;-)
